What is Home Staging?
Home staging is preparing a private residence for sale. The goal of staging a home is to appeal to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more quickly and for more money.
Staging focuses on transforming a property into a welcoming, attractive home that anyone might want. This can be achieved by painting, carpets, lighting, furnishings, accessories, greenery and artwork to stage the home, to help give potential buyers a more attractive first impression of the property.
How much do your services cost?
We offer a free initial consultation and after we have discussed your requirements we will provide a detailed quote breaking down the various elements of our services, this gives you more flexibility and the ability to work to a budget. Rest assured we are used to working with very small budgets as well as larger ones and our prices are competitive!
Do you do all types of events?
Yes! We love working on special events such as weddings, anniversaries, baby showers and hen dos but we’re just as happy working with corporate events from Christmas parties, award ceremonies, team-building days and other brand-themed events.
